In HR Treasure, our recruiting process are as following:
  • Initial meetingto get an understanding of client organization, its culture, value system, operation and need and scope of the search assignment
  • Stakeholder interviews and descriptionto develop clear expectation of candidate, timeframe and the role to be performed 
  • Research and sourcing of candidates based on stakeholder expectations, we define our search to analyze target industries and companies. We use our proprietary database as well as our library for our search. Once the candidate is identified, we initiate confidential discussion
  • Candidate screening is undertaken once the candidate is found to have the attributes as desired by stakeholders. The candidate is interviewed and reference check is performed
  • Presentation to the client of short listed candidates with our evaluation
  • Candidate interview with client is conducted for stakeholders to evaluate the candidate
  • Identification of successful candidate by client by the stakeholders and us
  • Offer, negotiation and joining of the successful candidate, successful communication of role and its growth potential along with associated monetary benefits
  • Performance feedback with candidate’s manager on the success of candidate and evaluation
